This is a six-week self-paced workshop series featuring Kundalini Meditations and Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga practices. We deep dive into why kundalini meditations in particular can support you throughout your pregnancy, labor, and early days of parenthood. You will have an opportunity to explore various mini-practices across six weeks (or six themes) so you can find your favorites. Elizabeth Bogart has taught this workshop series in many ways over the past several years and wanted to organize content in an accessible place for mamas to access these practices at anytime from anywhere.

What's Inside Each Section?

Each section begins with a discussion about the weekly theme. The warm, conversational tone of these videos will make you feel like you're part of a livestream chat. You'll also be able to provide your own comments and reflections as a means to contribute to this community online.

Mini-Practices

There are approx. 2-3 mini-practices in each section (featuring kundalini meditations and other mindfulness practices). Traditionally, kundalini meditations are practiced for 3-11 minutes. You can adjust the time according to what's feasible for your schedule. I recommend you set aside time weekly (or perhaps daily) to explore these practices and treat this time like a little sacred self-care retreat.


Archive: Livestream Replays

At the end of every section is an archived class replay aligned to the weekly themes. I have taught this series across formats for several years and these are featured 60+ minutes classes that I've taught in previous years. These aren't staged recordings rather they are real, messy classes. Most of the time, your eyes will be closed and I'll be cuing you with my voice so you can deepen your relationship with your body, baby, and intuition.
