Get to Know Your Flow

This is a yearlong exploration of collective lunar energy, your personal moon cycle, and experimenting with the feminine way of creating. We will convene on the Full Moons of 2024 to celebrate, reflect, and engage in practices to honor the "flavor" of each Full Moon and share personal reflections about how our energy ebbs and flows throughout the month. We'll incorporate a variety of practices: Kundalini Yoga, Meditation, Journaling, Breathwork, Affirmation, Astrology, Numerology, Reiki, Yoga Nidra.

While engaging with mystical practices, there will be an emphasis on practical, real life examples of how to integrate the feminine for all bodies. This is a creative exploration of finding routines and practices that feel in alignment to how you are meant to show up - above all, as more yourself each day.

Creating in the Masculine Way is the Work Hard, Play Hard rhythm. It is reward and rest after result. This isn't a bad thing. We need the consistency of the masculine. We need the Sun to show up every day at the same time. That consistency creates safety.

Creating in the Feminine Way is different. We show up and feel slightly different every day, but even so there is a pattern and rhythm to our cyclical flow. The feminine asks us to honor the Rest First rhythm. We must create space to fill ourselves up with sacred solitude, stillness, nourish ourselves with inspiration, feel so good in our bodies that we overflow with generosity, ideas, and energy. Then, we gift ourselves with the opportunity to ritualize reflection and celebration before we rest again.

This ebb and flow creates magic.

One is not better than the other. We need both energies - Masculine and Feminine - to dance together as we create. The 9-to-5 world and all its expectations are set up to the support the masculine. We all need practice experience and embodying the other way of being.

This is an exploration to understand, embody, and experiment with lunar energy whether or not you have a womb. This is space for anyone who wants to put this way of being into practice, or simply enter this community with the intention of gaining tools to support loved ones who are wired to create in the feminine way.

THIS YEAR'S FOCUS: GIVING FROM A FULL CUP

Our collective and personal numerology and astrology provide insights in the themes of the programming each year. Last year's focus was our relationship with rest. This year being an 8 year, our focus will be on building vitality during the follicular phase, so that we may make the appropriate adjustments to give from full cup this year..

Meet Your Faciliator

After ten years of working with kids, coaching educators, and designing international curriculum - Elizabeth grew tired of seeing her hard working colleagues burnt out, frequently sick, and working outside of their zone of genius. One day while reflecting with the team, a voice inside her spoke so clear: "You came here to do heartwork, not hard work."

The heart feeds itself first before it is of service to the rest of the body. We must create space for passionate people to live spherically - in all directions, honor their strengths, tend to their energy so they can enjoy physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness in order to be of service to the rest of the world.

She's taken all the lessons about scaffolding learning, seeing and amplifying strengths, making change accessible, and building community into the Wellness World. Elizabeth primarily uses the technology of Kundalini Yoga & Meditation teacher, but teaches Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga, is a Reiki & Yoga Nidra practitioner, and self-published author as well. She is a life-long learner and weaves her current interests (astrology, numerology, positive psychology, quantum physics etc) within all her offerings.

With five planets piled up in her 10th house (Leo), Elizabeth is no stranger to burn out and has been on the path to find feasible ways to lean into and honor the feminine way of creating your life and regulating your energy.

METATRON'S CUBE

Sacred Geometry is considered an ancient science that explores and explains the energy patterns that create and unify all things. This symbol is called the Metatron's Cube. Ancient civilizations and the mystics regarded it as the map of creation.

The symbol represents the balance of energy within the universe. If you look closely at the symbol, you’ll notice how all things are connected regardless of how seemingly small or insignificant they are—and pulling one string will affect everything. Many use the symbol as an inspiration for personal transformation and a tool for meditation. If you relax your eyes, you can find all shapes within it. This symbol is coded with beautifully layered meaning. It's constructed with 13 spheres held together by intersecting lines. The spheres represent the feminine aspect of creation, the lines the masculine. Thirteen is a significant number across various traditions - and often linked to the divine feminine (ex. 13 archangels, 13 energy centers, 13 keys of creation, etc.)

We'll be journeying together through the 13 Moons of 2024 to uncover patterns about our own personal lunar energy. The beauty of witnessing others is that it activates something in you. Everything is connected. What you explore about collective lunar energy will illuminate something about your own patterns.
